If Outlook Express keeps disconnecting after reading mail:

Open Outlook Express, go to "Tools" then "Accounts", double-click on the entry in the list, go to either "Connection" or "Dial-up" depending on the version and then uncheck "Dial a Connection" and also uncheck "Disconnect after receiving mail" (if you have a "Dial-up" tab - Version 4).

How to set up Outlook Express to read your Giant mail:

Open Outlook Express, go to "Tools" then "Accounts", click "Add", then "Mail".   Enter your name, then your email address.  The POP and SMTP servers are:  pop3.giant.net.au and smtp.giant.net.au respectively.  Then you may be asked for a username and password.  The username will be your Internet Account username or the first part of your email address before the @ symbol.  The password is the same as your Internet Account password.
