What to do if you get a "Busy" Signal?

If you are trying to connect to The Friendly Giant and you get an error message saying "Line Busy" or something similar, you can do something about it.  All this error means is that our main phone number is engaged at that moment.  You can however, change the phone number you are dialling temporarily.   To do this, simply open your dialler as normal (double-click on 'Dial The Friendly Giant'), and where it has the phone number you are calling, click in the field, delete the current phone number and enter:  5331 5411.....

NOTE:   An error message may occur telling you that any changes made to the phone number are only temporary, click 'OK'. In other words, this change will only be valid for the current call, so you will need to change it again if you get another "Busy" signal.
