Free Connection Support

As we do not bill it is our goal, aswell as yours to keep you connected. To that end we offer:

  • Our email address support@giant.net.au goes to all staff members to allow us to best help you with whatever problems you're having.
  • Business Hours Phone Support
  • Phone support during business hours. Note: Email is prefered as it allows us to get everyones ideas collated and saves you the cost of a phone call!.
  • Free Connection Trouble-shooting
  • If you are having any problems with your connection it is our priority to get your connection fixed. Whether it be trouble-shooting remotely via the phone or getting you to bring your machine in to us, we will get it fixed as quickly as possible.

     

    Free Computer Support

    We provide you with a 2-year Return-To-Base Hardware warranty on your new computer system.
    This means that if any hardware component of your new computer system fails within 2 years after you bought it it is covered by our warranty and will be replaced or repaired, free of charge.
