The Friendly Giant Email Facts

  1. A maximum of 10 recipients exists for each piece of email
  2. All mailboxes have a 10 MB size limit
  3. Any attachment to a piece of mail cannot be over 5MB ( 2MB if you use the Web Mail )
  4. our e-mail server is a free service to our ACTIVE customers

Please note, our mail server is for the use of our customers only. We provide access to our e-mail server as a free service to our ACTIVE customers. If you have left The Friendly Giant, you are not entitled to use the mail server and we would advise you to migrate your e-mail address to the new one with your current provider. You current provider should be providing you with access to their e-mail server - your using our server is equivalent to asking us to give a subsidy to your new provider and we cannot allow this.

Most ISPs disable mailboxes as soon as an account becomes inactive, usually the mail box is killed THE DAY the internet access account stops. We allow a grace period for a smooth changeover and to save disruption to you. Your mail box with The Friendly Giant will be stopped in ninety days. Please advise people who send you e-mail of your new address (with your new provider).

If you need any help regarding this, please don't hesitate to e-mail us,
