If you wish to check using our online service you will need two things.  The first of these is your username/loginame.  This is the name that you use to log onto your Friendly Giant Account.  This is usually your last name or your first initial and last name and usually the same as the first part of your email address.  IE...the part before the @ symbol (bill@giant.net.au --->  bill would be your username) ...

The next thing you need is your password...this may be found in a text file on your desktop.  This is the same password that you use to log onto your Friendly Giant Internet account.  Once you have these things you can check your remaining time.
