Get Connected!

Step One: Order your Membership and Internet Time

New Customers please order New Customer 100 hour Special

Help with the Online Store.

  • Click here to open a E-Store window.
  • Click (A) Order Internet Time for The Friendly Giant
  • Click (8) New Customer 100 Hours Special
  • Click Go To Order Form
  • Select your method of Payment (Explanation of options)
  • Enter your current valid email address Important for receiving your username/password
  • Enter your details.
  • Click Process Order at the bottom of the screen to complete your order.

    If you selected Direct Deposit please jot down the invoice number for our reference.


    Step Two: Pay for your New Connection Kit.

    You can pay via:
    Cheque by PostCredit CardOther (In Person)Direct Deposit (Personal or Internet Banking)

    Your account will not be activated until payment is received.

    We accept Credit Card orders in three ways. Either you send us your details On-line, Hardcopy (Post/Fax) or by Phone.

  • Other In Person Orders:

    You can come down and pay us "in the flesh" at:

    • Cash
    • Cheque

  • Direct Deposit Orders:

    You can use your Internet / Personal Banking to directly deposit your payment into our bank account:

    After making your deposit please let us know by:
    When notifying us of your Direct Deposit via Internet Banking, please use your invoice no. as a reference. Example: Order1036


    Step Three: Get your account information.

    Your account information is required to allow your computer to connect to us.

    If you payed by Other In Person:

    You already have your account information and can proceed to Step Four.

    If you payed by Cheque or Credit Card or Direct Deposit:

    • Make sure we have your current email address, if you forgot in step one, send it to sales@giant.net.au

    • If you don't have a current email address, give us a ring and request your account information. Phone: 5332 9556

    Once payment has been received, we will email your username and password. Please keep your password private.


    Step Four: Download the dialup kit and install it OR Do It Yourself

    Download Dial Up Kit:
    (Recommended for Win 3.11 Users)

    DISCLAIMER: Dial Up Kit installs only Netscape 3.0 and basic Internet settings.

    Do It Yourself: (Recommended for Win 95/98 Users)
