All our Internet time is sold in Pre-paid blocks of time.
- No Download Limits - Unlike other ISPs, we have no extra or hidden charges. No download limits = No suprise bills.
- No Expiry Date - The time you buy has no 'use-by' date. Your time doesn't have to be used within any time period.
- No minimum monthly fees - No account-keeping or membership charges.
- No Fine Print - There are no conditions on the time you purchase from us.
All new accounts cost $129 and come with:
- 100 hours of Internet Time - 100 hours of time to use at your own pace.
- Full Software Setup - We are happy to configure your computer for you, if you wish to bring it in to our office. We also sell excellent modems and any components you may need to upgrade or replace your computer.
Software setup includes installaton and configuration on your computer of the most popular Internet applications, and fine-tuning your modem settings to give fast and reliable connections.
- One Hour Training Session - We offer a free one-hour training session to all new customers. The training is personalised and catered to your needs.
- Free Membership - Membership of The Friendly Giant is free.
- Email address - Additional email addresses (aliases, up to five per mailbox) are free. Additional mailboxes are $33 each.
- Personal Webpage space - Free space to host your web site.
Note: - Memberships and Internet time are not transferable or refundable.
