New & Factory Remanufactured Weber & Holley carbys

Brand new Weber 32/36DGV - Manual Choke option.  These carbys are a very common performance upgrade on many vehicles because they flow quite a lot of air.  They are factory fitted to 1.8 litre - 2.3 litre engines, and Will flow enough air for up to 125hp on a naturally aspirated engine.  I have made 150hp@wheels with one of these Webers in a blow-through turbo setup.

They have a progressive throttle system, meaning the smaller 32mm butterfly opens first, and once that butterfly is 2/3 open, the larger 36mm secondary butterfly begins to open.  This gives crisp throttle response and economy when cruising around on the primary circuit, and plenty of power and air flow when flooring the accelerator and openning up the secondary.  In many cases, these carbys are even more economical than standard carbys, whilst giving a great power increase.  This carby is the manual choke option, the carby codes for the various chokes are:

DGV = mechanical choke

DGAV = 'aqua' or hot water choke

DGEV = electric choke

from $455  -  New Weber 38DGMS Carby

Above photos show brand new Weber 38DGES - Electric choke option.  These carbys are the bigger brother of the 32/36, they have twin 38mm butterflies and larger main venturis, so flow more air.  They will flow enough air for up to around 150hp on a naturally aspirated engine.  I have made around 160hp@wheels with one of these Webers in a blow- through turbo setup.

DGES = electric choke

They also have a 'synchronous' throttle system, meaning both butterflies open together.  This improves thottle response and engine acceleration, with a minor reduction in fuel economy.  Factory fitted to 3.0 litre V6 engines around the world, ideal for a really worked 4 cyl or mild 6 cyl engine.
