K&N Style Turbo Plenum

$195  -  K&N style Weber turbo air bonnet/plenum - suit DGV and DGS styles only

Brand new K&N style cast alloy air bonnet/plenum/hat to suit Weber 32/36 DGV, DGAV & DGEV style carby.  

These cast alloy air bonnets are a copy of the K&N units and are ideal for either a blow through turbo setup, or simply to ram cold air into the carby.  They are only available to suit the rectangular DGV and DGS style carby inlets, not for DFV style.  With a total height of around 65mm, they also clear the top of the air inlet riser of the DGV style Weber easily, so they don't cause a restriction at high air flows.

Top can be swivelled to be either front or side entry, or anywhere in between, which makes it easy to mate up to your turbo plumbing.  They come in bare alloy, not the powder coated black option, so you can paint them or polish them for some under bonnet bling!!

Will also fit any other Weber carby with the same air cleaner cutout pattern as the 32/36 DGV.  Will fit Weber DGMS, DGAS and DGES carbys with a very slight modification.

Cast alloy structure with reinforcing fins on the bonnet make for a really strong assembly.  Ideal for blow through turbo setup as it comes with thick good quality gaskets, or simply use it for a cold air application with a remote mounted filter.

Snout will accept 2.5” hose, and can be swivelled 360deg, so you can point it towards your turbo compressor outlet if using a direct cross over pipe, or point it towards the front of the car to hook up to your intercooler plumbing.

Photo shows powder coated black option, the units I am selling are supplied in bare alloy, so you can paint it whatever colour you like or polish it for a bit of under bonnet bling.

I've had many blow through turbo setups on my Gemini and made around 160hp@wheels (see "Stage 9" on this website for info and dyno data) blowing through a Weber, and this turbo bonnet is ideal for that application, but is obviously suitable for any engine running a DGV style Weber carby such as Sigma, Corolla, Escort, Datsun, etc.
